REGISTRATION
If you are consumer and Developer-
To receive details of properties on this Site, contact developers and or use special services, you must submit a completed registration form as provided in this website. At our discretion, we may refuse your application for registration. If we accept your application for registration, we will confirm this by sending you an email containing your account ID.
Each registration is for a single user only. You must not share your username and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network. You undertake that all information provided by you for the purposes of registering with us is accurate and complete.You accept sole responsibility for all use of and for keeping secret any account ID and password that may have been given to you or chosen by you for use on this Site. You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security of this Site of which you become aware.
This policy is effective from the date and time a user registers with workfloor.in by filling up the Registration form and accepting the terms and conditions laid out in registration form.
In order to provide a personalised browsing experience, workfloor.in may collect personal information from you.
When you let us have your preferences, we will be able to deliver or allow you to access the most relevant information that meets your end.
To extend this personalized experience workfloor.in may track the IP address of a user’s computer and save certain information on your system in the form of cookies.
The personal information provided by the users to workfloor.in will not be provided to third parties without previous consent of the user concerned. Information of a general nature may however be revealed to external parties
Every effort will be made to keep the information provided by users in a safe manner, the information will be displayed on the website will be done so only after obtaining consent from the users.
Any user browsing the site generally is not required to disclose his identity or provide any information about him/her, it is only at the time of registration you will be required to furnish the details in the registration form.
You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his user identification.
We do not (anywhere in this site) ask you to make any online payments, cash, bank information or debit/credit card details. Neither we have any representative deputed to collect any payments for any service we may offer.

You are not permitted to use automated programs for such purposes and any such use or attempted use by you of such automated programs is at your own risk. When you use the “contact forms” on this Site to enquire about a property, your details (including your email address) will be sent by email directly to the Developer, marketing the property or properties that you are enquiring about. We do not accept any liability for any subsequent communications that you receive directly from that developer.

If you have registered to use our services then we may serve a notice on you by email at the email address provided to us at the point of registration.
All notices sent by email will be deemed to have been received on the day that they are sent or, if sent on a national holiday in India or on a Saturday or Sunday, the next working day following the day on which the email was sent. All notices sent by post will be deemed to have been received 3 working days after the date of posting.

We try to ensure that all customer feedback is dealt with fairly and consistently, and is properly recorded. We welcome any suggestions that you make about how we may improve our service.

Phone calls directed to or from our advertisers, which include, but are not restricted to, third party developers, does not fall under the area of our control.

If you are a business user, these Terms and their subject matter and formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by India law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
